After your orders is complete, it takes 1-2 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. Shipping is based on your location; Please expect 10-20 days after order processing to receive your package depending on your location and shipping option(the actual shipping time may be longer due to the COVID-19 situation).
Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can track your order at your country’s post website.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided the wrong shipping address.
Lost or Stolen Package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. We offer free shipping for all orders within the Contiguous US EXCEPT TO PO BOXES.
P.O box addresses are required to choose USPS Priority Mail at checkout. To avoid this shipping charge, please enter a valid street address. If you place an order with a PO Box, you will be contacted to either pay for shipping and it may cause severe delays in processing your order.
All carriers are feeling the heat of this pandemic and note that we are currently unable to promise delivery times shown at checkout. Because of this issue, any shipping costs paid for at checkout that are delayed because of a internal carrier issue WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. We do our best to push items out the door and since this is a special, requested service, we will not be held accountable for delays that are made when shipping through these services.
